Led by Rod Argent on piano and Colin Blunstone on vocals, the band scored hits in the mid-1960s with 'She's Not There', 'Tell Her No,' and 'Time of the Season.' Although they never rose to the prominence of other British invasion bands, The Zombies are a favourite of music critics for their complex musical arrangements and vocal harmonies. Their 1968 album Odessey and Oracle is now considered one of the best of its time.

In 2006 the Zombies reformed and went on tour. Earlier in the year, one of the band's songs "This Will be Our Year," was featured in a Nike advertisement dedicated to Tiger Woods' late father.

James Burton a member of the Rock Hall of Fame is responsible for the famous guitar solo on Dale Hawkin's 'Suzie Q'. He played with Elvis from 1969 until his death in 1977 and has collaborated and recorded with Gram Parsons, Emmylou Harris, Randy Newman, Buffalo Springfield and John Denver. He has continued to play Elvis's songs since 1998 in the fabulous arena tours 'Elvis in concert'.

Billy Swan has established himself as a recording artist with far reaching international appeal. His initial hit single "I Can Help" sold over one-million copies in Europe and over two million worldwide. Swan's debut Monument album was also entitled "I Can Help" received outstanding critical acclaim internationally along with the single.

Joe Jackson

Highly rated piano driven singer-songwriter, Joe Jackson is probably best-known for the 1979 hit song "Is She Really Going Out With Him?", which still gets extensive FM radio airplay, and for his 1982 hit, "Steppin' Out". You may also remember however other classics such as 'Different For Girls' and 'Sad Song'.

He was a part of the trio of British-based artists that challenged the punk scene and brought a New Wave sound to the United States in the late 1970s, along with Elvis Costello and Graham Parker.

He was popular for his power-pop and New Wave sound early on before moving to more eclectic, though less commercially successful, pop/jazz/classical musical pieces.
